Re:Organics combines the magic of fermentation with biodynamic produce to create our range of regenerative drinks.
By drinking each drink, you'll not only supporting ethical and regenerative farming practices. You'll also be encouraging a healthier gut as each drink contains an abundance of acetic acids (which lowers the pH of the intestine and suppresses the presence of bad bacteria), DSL (which helps to detoxify the liver of toxins), gluconic acids (which helps to lower blood sugar levels), antioxidants, and vitamins such as vitamin B12 (which improve our energetic metabolic processes).
This is how we make them:
1. TEA LEAVES
We make our kombucha based drinks the Korean way. We start with making some tea by combining green tea leaves, herbal teas and hot filtered water
2. ORGANIC PRODUCE
Unlike other kombucha brands, we add no sugar to the tea. Instead we carefully combine a range of Biodynamic/Organic produce which has a sweet, crisp and sharp flavour profile.
We combine our Korean kombucha cultures with the tea and biodynamic/organic produce. We then do a long fermentation - this breaks the cells of the produce down into acids and minerals, produces vitamins, and makes the nutrients of the produce more bioavailable for our bodies to absorb. It also radically changes the flavour profile.
Approximately two months later, our fully alive superdrinks packed with gut friendly flora, minerals, vitamins, and nutrients are ready. We ensure we create zero waste by packaging in 100% recyclable glass with 100% compostable labels. And we turn our juice pulp into crackers, biscuits and cookies.
