40g of Raw Milk Kefir Grains that have been used exclusively in raw whole organic milk from grass-fed cows.

 

Perfect to start producing your own kefir at home.

 

Instructions:

Combine 40g of grains with 120ml of milk. Ferment for 24 hours at room temperature. After 24 hours, add milk and grains to 1 litre glass jar, add an additional 600ml of milk. Ferment for another 24 hours at room temperature. After 24 hours, strain and collect grains, and bottle the kefir milk to drink at your leisure. Store milk in fridge for up to a month.

 

Collected grains can be used to produce another batch. Or just combined with a a bit of milk and stored in the fridge for up to a month, ready to be used again to make another batch at a later date.
